Junior Service League of Rome, Inc.
is an organization of women whose mission is to foster interest in the social, economic, educational, cultural and civic conditions of the community and to make efficient their volunteer service. Its
purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

The Dawn Baker Heart and Hand Award was named after a dedicated League member who lost her courageous battle with breast cancer. The award recognizes an active member who goes the extra step, always gives 100 percent and has made an impact on the League.The recipient truly makes a difference through her volunteerism.
